The topic of "Earned Value Management" is a major component of "Profitability Analysis" and I wanted to share these two papers with you and the team, noting that what is clear is that the US Government is not happy with ANSI 748 C or D which is their basis for Earned Value Management.
This provides an opportunity for PACE members to play an active role in reviewing and commenting on any "standards" that the DAU/DOD puts forward.
